Shipping & Returns

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.

Transit times are estimates only and do not include processing time. Carrier delays may occur during peak seasons or due to factors outside our control.

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on your location.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.

Alora is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original condition. Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless received damaged or defective.
